Enjoy Mindful Life Coaching and Guided Introspection Amid Nature
Eco-minded travelers will relish Kantabile Afrika’s well-located Aurari Camp as a base to explore one of the world’s most pristine wildlife sanctuaries in the world, the Serengeti. Kantabile Afrika’s elegant tented accommodation in northern Tanzania along the Kenyan border will help you lose all sense of time and place, while placing you in a prime area to spot elephants, zebras, lions, giraffes, and wildebeests.
This magical retreat will include campfire retrospection, breathtaking sunrises, meditative sundowns, and open air lunch in the bush. The exhilarating itinerary includes a wonderful chance to meet with women from the Maasai tribe, a famous semi-nomadic tribe in East Africa, hosted by Gibb’s Farm. Guests will visit a working coffee plantation and a sustainable farm located on the fringe of Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The retreat will be held November 8-15, 2023.
Your host and facilitators’ formalized practices give way to unscripted time. Participants and facilitators mingle to better understand the needs of one and all. Collective participation and engagement shape the program’s direction as facilitators employ a flexible style. This delivery mode enables the facilitators to adapt to the group’s needs, fulfilling what is in the participants’ hearts and minds. With the support and guidance of skilled facilitators and the retreat host, participants can achieve transformation, in a supportive and safe environment.
Meet progressive retreat leaders: Nat Sommer and Mel Angerer, Swiss-born life coaches, who specialize in distinct areas of wellness coaching. A power duo who seamlessly integrate their distinct practices to amplify retreat benefits. And Gayle Higginbotham, owner of Oculus Travel, New York, New York, will be your host.
• Nathalie Sommer leads progressive programs on feminine embodiment and living authentically. This experience is designed to help retreat-goers experience more profound levels of love, acceptance, communication, and connection.
